6/28/2023 EnchantaVaughn Approved Upon arrival to the summer program, the client appeared to be in a content state as evidenced by greeting QMHP-C with moderate emotions. During morning socialization activities, the client followed directions given while eating breakfast with his peers. During midday socialization activities, the client used respectful words and kept his hands and feet to himself when interacting with his peers outside on the playground. During afternoon socialization activities, the client remained focused and ignored distractions from his peers while riding on the van. QMHP-C greeted the client upon arrival to the summer program. During morning socialization activities, QMHP-C provided the client with positive reinforcement and encouraged him to continue following directions given. During midday socialization activities, QMHP-C provided the client with verbal praise and encouraged him to continue using respectful words and keeping his hands and feet to himself when interacting with his peers. During afternoon socialization activities, QMHP-C provided the client with positive reinforcement and encouraged him to continue remaining focused and ignoring distractions from his peers. The client responded well towards the summer program as evidenced by participation and engagement.
